It is my pleasure to announce the Annual Education Conference of the Vermont/New Hampshire Society for Respiratory Care will be held on October 22 & 23, 2008 at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel in Killington, VT. This year’s event will last two full days.  Please call 800-282-9955 and mention the VTNHSRC when making your reservation to qualify for the discounted rate of $99.00 (+tax).

The VT/NH Respiratory Care Society recognizes the value of your company’s contribution and welcomes your full participation in this year’s meeting.  The outstanding support of companies like yours has made our annual meeting very successful in the past.

Brochures will be distributed to Respiratory Care professionals throughout New England.  This tremendous opportunity for personal contact with many practitioners and department managers/directors makes the VT/NHSRC meeting an ideal venue for public relations as well as time to enjoy New England in the fall. 

Exhibit space is limited to 50 vendors, so please make your reservations now for October 22 & 23, 2008.  Booths will be reserved upon receipt of payment and every effort will be made to accommodate your requests.  To qualify for the early-bird discount, please submit all of the attached forms and payment by September 01, 2008.

Booth fee is $500.00 prior to September 01, 2008.  Booths reserved after that date will be $550.00.  This fee includes a draped and skirted table,allows entry into the seminar, meals and CEU’s for 2 people.  Any additional people from your company will have to pay $90.00 for their meals and CEU's if needed.

Setup time will be 600-900 pm Tuesday October 21st and 0700 on Wednesday October 22nd.    The vendor hall will officially open at 1000am on Wednesday  and we will have a Vendor Reception that afternoon after the lectures are over. We have modified our agenda to provide a full second day of lectures, afternoon vendor time and lunch. We ask that you not break down until the scheduled vendor time is over.  A full conference brochure will be available on our website as soon as it is complete.

All booth space will be assigned. You MUST also indicate on your registration form if you will need electricity or it may not be able to be provided.
